Quartz Primer

Primer with quartz sand for interior and exterior use. Apply to smooth, low-absorbency surfaces such as tiles, marble, mosaic, metal surfaces, plasterboard and cement boards. It creates a rough surface that enhances adhesion — for priming tiles, skim-coating painted and very smooth surfaces, and for applying polished cement screed (microcement).

Before use
It is applied on dry surfaces. The success of the application depends on the correct use of the material. Good, dry cleaning of the application surface is required.
After thinning with water, apply the product in one coat. Full drying in 6 hours. Weather conditions may vary the drying time. Applied at temperatures from 10 – 35°C.
Stored at temperatures from 5 – 35°C. Practical tip: if thinned, it is best to do the thinning in a separate container so that, if any primer is left over, it remains unthinned in the original bucket and lasts longer. The painting tools are washed with thinner immediately after use.
