Before use
The success of the application depends on proper substrate preparation. Apply to dry, clean surfaces free of dust, and any flaking or loose particles.
After thinning with solvent, apply 670 Epoxy Zn in two coats. Mixing ratio: 5 (A) to 1 (B) by weight. Once the two parts are mixed, the final product must be applied within 50 minutes. Recoat after 6 hours. Full drying in 24 hours. Weather conditions may affect the drying time. Apply at temperatures between 7–35°C.
Store at temperatures between 5–35°C. Practical tip: it is best to mix in a separate container so that any leftover primer stays in the original bucket and keeps for longer. Clean painting tools with solvent immediately after use.
